Steps to reproduce: Create a new, empty fossil repository Invoke fossil ui for the repository Navigate to the stats page Expected behavior: Compression ratio is 1:1 (1 artifact stored as full text) or perhaps blank. Actual behavior: Compression ratio is reported as 0:10, which doesn't make sense.
