1. Change comment to "It is tiresome to constantly type --port=<whatever> when using fossil server or fossil ui. Typically if the default port is in use on a system it is ALWAYS in use. I suggest a "fossil setting default-port 3030" (or similar) command for global and/or repository levels of settings."
