    See the "Download" link on the second menu bar on pages such as http://www.fossil-scm.org/fossil/artifact/cf25e96d4b. Does this not already supply the desired functionality? What more are you asking for?

    I agree that this would be a very useful new feature. It should be possible to download any version of any text or binary file without downloading a ZIP file that contains the entire repository.
