• fossil user capabilities has no validation of permissions string
• cgi contructs self referential path names wrong. cant use index.cgi or dispatching cgi for multiple projects
• commit comments are plain text but displayed as html which removes formatting like newlines and spaces
• no way to escape @ in password when referencing a repository via url
• needs option to abort commit if comment file unchanged
• wiki and bugs are not searchable. recommend fts3
• file view needs download link next to view and annotate
• make wiki edit textarea larger
• wiki page names are case sensitive
• no way to rename a wiki page
• wiki links dont work right if name starts with / ?
• displayed uuid is not complete. only way to get whole uuid in web interface is to search manifest
• no recursive add
• cant add empty dir?
• file list shows removed files. would be nice to somehow distinguish files that arent in any current leaves

The bug-tracking system of fossil works now. Why not use that, rather than appending remarks to a wiki page?
