1. Change comment to "It would be a good command to get comment text not from the command line or from the user editor but from the file. For example, '--file <comment_file>' like it is in Subversion. Sorry for my English. :)"
2. Change severity to "Minor"
3. Change status to "Open"
4. Change title to "Comment from file"
5. Change type to "Feature_Request"
