If you download fossil and run "fossil new something" "fossil ui" and then navigate to the "Enter a New Bug Report" page, there's a big red "ERROR" at the bottom of the "Enter A New Bug Report" page.

Similarly, there are zero bug report formats at the beginning.

It isn't hard to configure things, (there are those pleasant defaults), but it caused me to stumble and thrash for a bit. Something like "No bug report table is configured yet. Configure bug report table with defaults?" would be smoother and more pleasant for adopters.

I think these issue with the ERROR might be fixed in the later versions of Fossil. The solution here is probably to put up fresh precompiled binaries.
