   The line in your customized new-ticket script that says:

   <th1>combobox type $assigned_To_choices 1</th1>
   

   Should say:

   <th1>combobox assigned_To $assigned_To_choices 1</th1>
   

2. Change resolution to "External_Bug"
3. Change status to "Closed"
